Registration
Participation in the PPNW 2023 Workshop is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee. All these fees include a welcome aperitif, coffee breaks and lunches from Tuesday to Friday, a historical tour and a social dinner on Wednesday afternoon/night. Additional 40 euros are asked for the conveners who will participate in the field trip and dinner on Lake Iseo on Friday afternoon.
Extended abstracts will be accepted by 30 April. Conveners who didn’t send abstracts within this deadline may still register and partecipate, but without an oral or flash presentation.
The rates for participation are invoiced with the Italian VAT of 22%. Therefore, the rates below are gross prices.
- early bird (by 30 April 2023), Monday – Friday morning = 400 euro vat included. (field trip to Lake Iseo excluded)
- early bird (by 30 April 2023), Monday – Friday night = 440 euro vat included. (field trip to Lake Iseo included)
- later registration (by 02 June 2023), Monday – Friday morning = 450 euro vat included (field trip to Lake Iseo excluded)
- later registration (by 02 June 2023), Monday – Friday night = 490 euro vat included (field trip to Lake Iseo included)
At the time of the registration, please fill this pdf file: registration_module with all the requested information and send it to eventi@ellisse.it, who is in charge of the invoice billing, with PPNW registration and your name in the subject of the e-mail. the data contained in the form are indispensable for drawing up the invoice.
